THE INLET COTTAGE — 3 ROOM SUITE
Our charming three-bedroom suite occupies the first floor of The Inlet Cottage and is perfect for a small group of friends or a family traveling together. The suite includes a front porch, three separate bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchenette, and one bathroom. A freshly prepared breakfast is included in all room rates and delivered to your suite each morning.
Bedroom Details:
Room 1 Two twin beds with garden views
Room 2 One double bed with garden views
Room 3 One double bed with ocean views
Comfortable for 4 to 6 guests total, with a maximum of 1–2 guests per bedroom. The hallway kitchenette features a mini-fridge, sink, Keurig machine for coffee and tea, and an ice maker. Please note: no cooking or grilling is permitted. No smoking. No pets. Children must be age 5 or older. The suite shares one interior hallway with other guests.
THE INLET COTTAGE — 2-ROOM SUITE
Our spacious two-bedroom suite is located on the second floor of The Inlet Cottage and is ideal for 2 to 4 guests. The suite includes two separate guestrooms—each with a double bed—and one large bathroom.

Room 5 One double bed with ocean views
There is one shared interior hallway on the first floor with other guests staying in the cottage. Please note: no cooking or grilling is permitted. No smoking. No pets. Children must be age 5 and older. A freshly prepared breakfast is included in all room rates and delivered to your suite each morning
STANDARD SUITES
Our two standard suites are perfect for solo travelers or couples, offering comfort, charm, and our most economical rates. Thoughtfully decorated with fine linens, handmade pottery, and artisan glassware, each suite features its own private entrance and porch overlooking the gardens with distant ocean views. Each morning, enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast delivered to your suite in our signature picnic basket, included in all room rates.
Room 6 — Features one queen bed, a private entrance, and a porch offering partial views of the ocean; for two guests.
Room 7 — Offers a double bed, a private entrance, and a porch with partial ocean views; suitable for one or two guests.

DELUXE SUITES
Our three Deluxe Suites—Rooms 8, 9, and 10—are our most private, spacious, and light-filled accommodations, each featuring beautiful cathedral ceilings. Every morning begins with a freshly prepared breakfast delivered right to your door, included in all room rates. Enjoy a leisurely and peaceful start to the day on your private porch, or wander the garden paths that surround the property.
Room 8 — One queen bed and one twin, a private entrance, and a porch overlooking the gardens; comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests.
Room 9 — One double bed, ocean views, and a private entrance with a porch for enjoying the sea breeze; for 2 guests.
Room 10 (Honeymoon Suite) — A romantic suite with a queen bed, ocean views, and a private entrance and porch; for 2 guests.

• Reserve at least three months ahead for high-season stays.
• First time booking? Email us—we’re happy to help you choose the right room.
• Please note: our rooms do not have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs, or radios.
• Children must be 5 years or older.
• The property is strictly no-smoking and no-cooking.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.
• We are unable to accommodate pets or service animals.
• Room blocks are not available.
• For the best rates, consider visiting during the off-season months of May or October.
