Cancellation Policy:

Changes to original reservation made at least 14 days before check-in will have no fees applied. All changes made within 14 days of arrival will require a $45 one-time fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival date, and we are able to re-book the room, a refund is available. If cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival date, and we are unable to re-book the room, your deposit can not be refunded. Please keep in mind that any last-minute changes give us a smaller chance of being able to re-book the room. If ferry service is disrupted to the island for any reason, credit will be given for a future stay.

COVID19 PRECAUTIONS: We are following RI Hospitality guidelines for housecleaning and have taken Rhode Island’s “STAY SAFE” pledge. Our staff is trained using products approved by the CDC for disinfection and sanitizing of each room between guests. All rooms are thoroughly ventilated between guests. Please use our outdoor kiosk for all check-ins. Balance due is paid automatically. The Sea Breeze is committed to providing every guest with the safest stay possible. We ask our guests please not to travel to Block Island if they are sick or not feeling well, have been recently exposed to Covid, or have any serious pre-exisitng medical issues. Block Island is a remote island, with no hospital, and limited ferry service.
