Our reservation policy
Please fill out the reservation request form accurately for personal attention and custom service. Please include the total number of guests and type of bed preferred. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Two night minimum is required on all stays. A 50% deposit is necessary to confirm the reservation. Deposits are taken with credit card over the phone from 10am to 6pm daily. The balance due, including 13% RI taxes, will then be payable at day of check-in.
Complimentary breakfast is included in all rates and delivered to the room. Please note, our ocean-cooled and wind-powered island rooms do not have air-conditioning, tv, radio, phone, alarm clock, or wi-fi. Children ages 5 and up only. We love furry creatures, but sorry no pets allowed. We are a 100% smoke-free property. Rates subject to change.
Our cancellation policy
$35.00 fee for all cancellations. 14 day notice is required for all cancellations or changes. Deposit is refundable (minus the $35.00 fee) if notice is given at least 14 days prior to check-in date. 14 day notice is also required to shorten a stay. Every effort is made to accommodate rescheduling, based on availability. In the event of an early departure, guests will be charged for 100% of reservation. If cancellation is given within 14 days of reservation, there is no guarantee of refund or credit. Refunds are given in these circumstances only if we are able to rebook the room. When transportation is unavailable to the island and ferries are not in service, deposits will be credited for a future stay.
